Bus Definition
Bus is referring to a subsystem within computers which connects elements and components as well as transferring the data between them. In a system a bus can be parallel, transmitting data through a multitude of wires or serial, transmitting data through a bit-serial format.
There are several types of buses inside the computer which we can note: system bus, internal bus, external bus, expansion bus, frontside and backside buses as well. Each of the types are responsible for unique qualities and processes such as connecting the internal device to the internal central processing unit memory. This is based on distinct engineering models.
